Essencylon Tours Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for tour bookings made through essencylon.com. All refunds are subject to the cancellation schedule below.
1. Refund Schedule
- Less than 7 days: No refund (credit for future booking)
- No-show or late arrival: No refund
- Weather cancellations by Essencylon: Full credit for reschedule
All refund requests must be emailed to info@essencylon.com with booking reference.
2. Refund Process
- Submit refund request via email to info@essencylon.com
- Include: Booking reference, full name, tour date, reason for cancellation
- Processing time: 7-14 business days
- Original payment method used for refund issuance
- Refunds processed in USD via Stripe/PayPal
- Admin fee ($10 minimum) deducted from all refunds
- Cancellation confirmation emailed within 48 hours
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party bookings (hotels, trains, flights)
- Entrance tickets already purchased
- Guide/driver fees for confirmed dates
- Customized private tours/vehicles
- Visa processing fees
- Travel insurance premiums
No refunds for voluntary tour changes or early departures.
