Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Every itinerary is written from scratch around your dates, your pace and what you actually want to see. Nothing on this page is a fixed package you have to accept as-is.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same day. If you are working to a tight deadline, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit confirms your dates. We tell you exactly how much and how to pay it when we send your quote. No card details are ever taken on this website.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Essencylon is a private Sri Lanka tour and transfer operator based in Colombo. Priyantha, the owner, plans and coordinates every itinerary personally and is who you will be speaking to – the tours themselves are run by our team of drivers and chauffeurs. If you would like a licensed SLTDA chauffeur guide specifically, let us know when you enquire and we can arrange one.
