Can I change the itinerary?
Yes. Every itinerary is written from scratch around your dates, your pace and what you actually want to see. Nothing on this page is a fixed package you have to accept as-is.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within 24 hours. If you are working to a tight deadline, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit confirms your dates. We tell you exactly how much and how to pay it when we send your quote. No card details are ever taken on this website.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
Essencylon is a small, owner-run operator based in Colombo. The person who writes your itinerary is the same person you will be speaking to throughout.
