Pettah on foot, eating what the traders eat

No vehicle on this one, because you cannot see Pettah from inside a car. The market is a grid of narrow streets where the food worth eating sits three steps off the main road, behind a counter with no sign in English. You walk it with someone who has been eating there for years. Two to three hours, at an easy pace, with plenty of stops.

What you eat

Nothing is rigid. Tell your guide what you like and what you cannot eat, and the walk bends around it.

What it costs

$70 for the first person, and $20 for each person after that. Two of you is $90, four of you is $130. There is no vehicle to choose on this tour, so there is nothing else to add.

Getting to the start

Transport from anywhere in Colombo to the start point is included. Coming from outside the city, we can still collect you, and that leg is quoted separately so you know the number before you commit.
